Phase 0 · Building in public
Asteroid mining · Mars · Titan

Humanity's next frontier, funded by everyone.

A community-funded, long-horizon project to make asteroid mining real and to lay the groundwork for terraforming Mars and Titan.

Fixed supply
20,000,000

That is every FRNT token that will ever exist. Not one more can be created, by anyone, ever.

  • No minting The contract has no mint function. The supply is written once and cannot grow.
  • No admin keys No owner, no pause button, no fees, no blacklist. Nobody can change the rules, including us.
  • Public allocation How the supply is split between contributors, community, team and reserve is published before launch, with lock-ups.

The mission

Three goals, in order of how soon they can start

Each one is harder than the last, and none of them can be finished by a single company, country or generation. That is exactly why this is a public project.

Starts this decade

Asteroid mining

Near-Earth asteroids hold water, metals and building material that are already outside Earth's gravity well. Mining them means prospecting missions first, then extraction demonstrations, then industrial supply chains in space. This is the part of the mission that today's technology can begin.

Generations

Mars

Making Mars livable starts with habitats, local resource use and a sustained human presence. Full terraforming, thickening the atmosphere and warming the planet, is a multi-century project. We fund the first steps and the science that makes the later ones possible.

Far future

Titan

Saturn's largest moon has a thick atmosphere, lakes of liquid hydrocarbons and surface pressure close to Earth's. It is one of the most promising places in the solar system for a long-term human outpost. Today that means research and mission concepts, not hardware.

Why fund this publicly?

Space programs are usually funded by governments or billionaires. We think the people who will live in that future should have a stake in building it, from anywhere in the world, with any amount.

Public funding also forces something valuable: total transparency. Every contributor is named. Every dollar is tracked. Every claim on this page can be checked.

The scale of it

Our estimate for the full mission infrastructure is around $900 billion: prospecting and mining spacecraft, orbital refineries and depots, launch capacity, and the first permanent outposts on Mars and Titan, built over decades. That is larger than the Apollo program many times over. No community fund gets there alone. It only happens with governments, industry and international partners.

Our job is to be the community that gets it started, proves it can be done honestly, and holds everyone to account along the way.

The plan

How we get from a website to a spacecraft

Shared in full, updated as it changes. Every phase has a public trigger so you can see exactly where we are.

  1. 0
    Now

    Build in public

This website, the token, the community and the public ledger. No money is needed for this phase, and none is spent.

  2. 1
    First contributions

    Fund the first real work

Contributions open once the legal structure is in place. 90% of everything received goes to mission work: research partnerships, prospecting data and engineering studies. Every payment is posted with a receipt.

  3. 2
    After real progress

    Investors join the journey

Once there is real progress to show, we open conversations with investors who want to be part of this. Progress first, pitch second.

  4. 3
    At $10 million raised

Governments, agencies and the 1% pledge

We begin formal conversations with governments and space agencies. From this point on, 1% of every contribution is donated to people living in poverty, with video proof published here.

  5. 4
Once the community and funding exist

    The Frontier chain

Frontier launches as a token on Base, the way every serious project starts. When the community is large enough and the mission has real activity to run, we launch our own blockchain, built on Ethereum's security, with its own validators, explorer and bridges. The full plan is in the Frontier chain section below.

  6. 5
    Beyond

    Scale with partners

Hardware, missions, and eventually the industrial base that makes asteroid resources and a permanent presence on Mars possible. We estimate the full build at around $900 billion, with partners at every level. We will have earned the right to be in that room.

The Frontier chain

From a token to our own blockchain

A blockchain is only real when other people run it. So we build the community first and the chain second. Here is what the chain needs before it can exist, and how we get each piece.

Today

A token on Base

Frontier starts as a token on Base, an Ethereum network run by Coinbase. Buyers use the wallets and exchanges they already have, fees are a fraction of a cent, and the fixed supply and no-admin-keys contract are live from day one. Nothing is lost by starting here; this is how Ethereum's biggest projects began.

The chain

Built on Ethereum's security

The Frontier chain is launched with the same kind of toolkit Coinbase used to build Base, so it borrows Ethereum's security instead of starting from zero. It gets its own block explorer, its own fees paid in FRNT, and a home for the mission's own data: prospecting records, mission contracts and the public ledger, all on a chain the community runs. The technical design is published for review.

Validators

Dozens of independent people and companies running servers around the world. A chain with a handful of validators is cheap to attack, so we recruit validators from the community and partners, and reward them in FRNT. The chain launches only when enough of them are ready.

Wallet and exchange support

MetaMask, Coinbase, Binance and trackers like CoinGecko each add chains one at a time, and only chains with real users. The Base token builds that user base first, so when the chain launches it already has a community worth supporting.

A full-time engineering team

Upgrades, security patches, the explorer, bridges, node software and documentation. A chain is a company in itself. Its running costs come from the operations share of funding, never from the mission share, and the team is hired before the chain goes live, not after.

Bridges

Buyers move funds from Ethereum or an exchange onto the chain through a bridge, and bridges are where the largest hacks in crypto have happened. We use audited, battle-tested bridge infrastructure only, and keep the Base token alive so nobody is ever forced to bridge.

The trigger for the chain is published in the plan above: a community large enough to run it and funding to pay for it. Until both exist, the token on Base is the Frontier coin, and nothing about it changes.

Funding model

Where the money goes

A fixed split, published in advance, applied to every contribution.

90% to the mission

Research partnerships, prospecting data, engineering studies, and eventually hardware. Nothing else is paid from this share.

10% to operations

Website, legal, accounting, audits and a small team. This share is capped and never grows.

1% to people in need

After the $10M milestone, 1% of every contribution received is donated directly to people living in poverty. Each donation is recorded on video and published on this site.

Every contributor named

Your name goes on this site, permanently, to say thank you. Anonymous is fine too, but the contribution is still counted in public.

A public ledger

Every outgoing payment is listed with a receipt in the Progress section. If it is not on the ledger, it did not happen.

Honest by design

We publish what we do not know, what has not happened yet, and what a given amount of money can and cannot do in space.

Progress

Watch it grow

The meter tracks the next milestone. The ledger lists every payment out.

A project about the future of everyone should help people who need it now. Once the $10M milestone is reached, one percent of every contribution we receive is given directly to people living in poverty.

Every donation is filmed and the video is published here, so you can see where it went and who it reached. No intermediaries, no vague "charity partner" line in a report.

      Token allocation

      Where the 20,000,000 tokens go

Published before a single token moves. Every share has a purpose and a lock-up, and the locked shares sit in the treasury where the public can watch them.

      SharePercentTokensLock-upPurpose

      Treasury

All 20,000,000 tokens were created once, into the treasury. Nothing leaves it except as listed above, and every outgoing transfer is visible on the blockchain.

      What "locked" means here

Locked tokens cannot be sold or moved early. They sit in the treasury multisig and are released only on the schedule above, so nobody, including the founder, can dump them on the market.

The founder and community shares are already locked in on-chain vesting contracts, linked in the table above. Anyone can check the balance and unlock schedule on the block explorer at any time.

      FAQ

      Straight answers

      Is this an investment?

No. The token is a participation token for a community project. It does not represent equity, a profit share, or any claim on the project. Its price, if it ever has one, may go to zero. Contribute because you want this mission to exist, not because you expect a return.

What can $10 million actually do in space?

Not mine an asteroid. It can fund prospecting data, engineering studies, university partnerships and the groundwork that makes a first mission credible to the investors and governments who can fund the rest. We say this plainly because the projects that tell you otherwise are the ones to worry about.

When will Mars or Titan be terraformed?

Not in our lifetimes. Terraforming is a multi-century undertaking. What can happen in our lifetimes is the first permanent presence on Mars and the first industrial use of asteroid resources. That is what we work toward, and the science that follows from it is what makes the later steps possible.

How do I know the money is used as promised?

The public ledger lists every outgoing payment with a receipt. The 90/10 split is published in advance. The 1% pledge is filmed. As the project grows, independent audits are published here as well.

      Why a token at all?

It lets people anywhere in the world take part with a small amount, without banks or borders in the way, and it gives the community a shared, public record of participation. The contract has a fixed supply and no admin keys, so nobody, including us, can change the rules after launch.

      When can I contribute?

Once the legal structure is in place and announced here. Until then, the best thing you can do is join the community and share the mission. We will not take a single contribution before we can do it properly.

      Who is behind this?

The founder's name and background will be published here before contributions open.

A note on taking part. Frontier is a mission for everyone, and taking part is a way to support that mission, not a financial product. The FRNT token is a participation token: it is not an investment, security, share or currency, carries no promise of profit or repayment, and may hold no monetary value. The goals described here span decades and depend on technology, funding and partnerships still to come. Contributions are voluntary and non-refundable, rules on digital assets differ by country, and nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice. We publish this plainly because an honest project should.
